The staff at the front desk is super kind and helpful, the rooms are very clean, the pool has an *actual* deep end unlike most that are only 5ft deep. All around wonderful stay, will be coming back here next time I’m in town!

I loved how close it was to the airport and I loved that they had a free shuttle . Our room was clean and comfortable.

We liked that breakfast was upstairs and a buffet instead of bagged, and liked having a choice between plain and blueberry waffles. We chose this hotel because it's pet friendly. When we arrived after 3 one of the rooms had not been cleaned, but the attendant at the desk set us up in 2 other rooms he handled the situation very well.

The second room we got was nice. The shower was really nice, with good water pressure, and stayed hot. The breakfast the next morning was really good too.

Nice sized room Beds were comfy Rented for my friend and they enjoyed it. Pool is nice sized Breakfast was good Staff was friendly, especially the lady who was doing all the breakfast stuff.

clean everywhere. I arrived at midnight needing a shuttle from airport, night staff person found me Holiday Inn Express driver to pick me up, saved me! Had harrowing flight cancellations day& your night staff made me feel very welcome. Breakfast eggs & other choices tasted very good, NoT tasteless or runny. Adam/ daytime desk clerk very helpful & cheerful in my plight finding me a taxi too. I consider BW as my go to place in all parts of the country!!

All was very nice. breakfast was the best. Not just a muffin and coffee and juice. Room was very nice and clean. No complaints.

I loved our spacious room and the comfort of the beds especially the pull-out sofa bed with the memory foam mattress. We had a few problems and management helped every time! When the dryer didn't work, they immediately helped. When the key pad on the pool door wouldn't work, management did not give up. They even called the regional maintenance person to come and fix the issue. Unexpected heavy rainfall caused certain issues like hallway roof leaks which they were navigating and taking care of as best as possible. On top of that, the staff remained courteous, patient, and did everything humanly possible problem-solving on top of building problems due to the rainfall. I love staff with a positive outlook during difficult times and when people are inclined to increase complaints. A good hotel experience isn't just the property itself but a combination of helpful, competent staff.
